Mike Sullivan
Mike Sullivan is the Founder of Texas Governmental Affairs, LLC and brings extensive experience in government, regulatory affairs, and public policy advocacy. His career spans senior roles in both the public and private sectors, providing clients with a disciplined, informed, and strategic approach to navigating complex governmental environments.
Mike engages with federal, state, and local elected officials, state agencies, local governments, trade associations, economic development organizations, and community stakeholders on a wide range of public policy and governmental matters.
Sullivan’s experience includes nine years as Director of Governmental Affairs for a Fortune 250 international automotive retailer (Group 1 Automotive), more than two consecutive decades in elected office, and significant leadership and governance roles in civic and community organizations. His work has included direct engagement with governmental entities, elected officials, and legislative bodies on regulatory compliance, policy development, and legislative initiatives. Sullivan has also been appointed to state boards, commissions, and task forces by three different Texas governors.
